Dear JET Community, As we close the year and step into the warmth of the holiday season, we’re filled with gratitude for the vibrant community that powers Journey into Education and Teaching (JET). Your unwavering support and commitment have made 2024 a year of remarkable milestones and growth. This year, we’ve had the honor of supporting over 100 scholars as they pursued their dreams across three new programming tracks. Each step they take reflects the collective efforts of a community dedicated to shaping the future of education. From aspiring teachers to passionate leaders, these paraprofessionals embody the spirit of JET— empowerment, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning. In addition, we’ve taken a significant step forward in enhancing our mentorship program. By providing certified professional development (PD) to our mentors, we’re not only investing in their growth but also ensuring that our scholars receive the guidance and support they deserve. Together, we are creating a ripple effect of excellence that will impact countless classrooms and communities.
