We’ve launched a new website! 

It’s a fresher look, with easy-to-find information about our ongoing mission to mentor diverse paraprofessionals for high-impact careers as teachers. 

We hope you’ll stop by to discover: 

• Details on how our unique approach is making a difference for urban educators, districts and students. 

• Application information for Massachusetts paraprofessionals who are ready to earn a bachelor’s degree and teaching license to take their career to the next level. 

• Stories from current and past participants who discovered a life-changing opportunity and powerful community of support in JET. 

JET is now hard at work in 11 of the highest need school districts in Massachusetts. We’re proud to have dedicated partners in these cities, as well as in higher education, private foundations and state leadership who all share our mission of building the diverse teacher workforce our students deserve.
